Beautiful weather and hundreds of lifted, modified, and ready-for-the-mud 4x4s was a combination for a good time at this year's 4-Wheel Jamboree in Springfield, Illinois. A large number of vendors arrived in big rig style to show off their wares to thousands of truck fans at the Illinois State Fairgrounds as the loud rumbling of 1,000+ horsepower big-blocks could be heard all weekend long. As the fan favorites showed off by crushing cars and doing freestyle stunts, spectators also got to check out competitors in the National Mud Racing Organization and modified Tough Truck races. Toyota was on hand providing the opportunity for spectators to test drive TRD supercharged-equipped 4WD Tacomas around the Toyota ride and drive obstacle course. Another highlight of the weekend, 2 Brother's unveiled a custom '66 C10 they built for UFC champ Matt Hughes. Fans were able to check out the truck at the same time as Matt with autograph sessions following the unveiling. As always, parts and tool vendors, along with food vendors were on hand filling peoples beds and stomachs.
